NOTES:
- On Full Moon Days, the schedule may be slightly adjusted and feature raw foods and juices.
- On Ekadashi (Yak Dashi), fasting is optional. Light meals such as fruit/vegetable juices or Khichadi will be provided.
- Guests who join the 21-Day Yoga for Life program & TTC will be taken to visit some spiritual caves and sacred places.
- Discussions on philosophy or any topic can be held informally during break times or while dining with the teachers.

A typical day at our center begins early in the morning with a gentle wake-up call, followed by a cup of our signature Purna herbal tea and a body preparation and meditation session. This time offers you the opportunity to explore a variety of meditation styles, helping you deepen your connection with your inner self while cultivating clarity and a sense of calm.

Next, we move outdoors for grounding exercises in the garden, followed by a traditional yogic nasal cleansing ritual using a neti pot and warm saline water. This practice helps clear the sinuses, and many participants report improved breathing, mental clarity, and a sense of lightness.

We then flow into a morning yoga session that includes pranayama (breathwork), dynamic sequences, and static asanas. After a nourishing brunch, you are free to enjoy our wellness offerings, which include an aromatic steam bath, mud bath, Himalayan salt foot soak, and—if you're part of a group—the invigorating option of a cold plunge.

In the afternoon, you’ll attend a Philosophy Session, followed by a deeply restorative cosmic sound bath featuring gongs, cosmic sound tubes, and singing bowls. This immersive sound experience promotes healing and profound relaxation. Afterwards, you’ll have free time to relax around the center or take a refreshing dip in our spring water pool.

As evening approaches, we offer a more dynamic yoga flow session designed to energize and challenge the body. This is followed by Yoga Nidra—a guided deep relaxation technique, also known as yogic sleep—that soothes the nervous system and leaves you feeling deeply rejuvenated.

After dinner, we gather for Bhakti Yoga to connect with the eternal sacred sound through the chanting of mantras. In this communal setting, accompanied by various instruments, we create vibrant and uplifting energy. We then ease into silence, allowing you to experience a peaceful meditation session in our cozy, candle-lit yoga hall. The soft glow and flickering shadows bring the surrounding mountain range to life, adding a magical atmosphere to the evening.

The day concludes with a peaceful and restorative night’s sleep.
