Reiki is an energy healing practice which utilizes the Universal Life Force Energy / Chi / Ki or Prana as it is known by different names in various cultures. This energy is present all around us, it animates all life and it is accessible to everyone. Reiki is a practice of receiving this energy and directing it to oneself, another or for a purpose.

Anyone can learn Reiki, regardless of previous intuitive ability, experience, or education. Reiki is not so much "learned" as the ability to use Reiki purposefully is opened, or awakened in you, by a Reiki Master via an attunement. An attunement is an adjustment in your energy field that turns you from one who can only receive Reiki to one who can actively call the energy for yourself.

Reiki I training - Self-practice level of Reiki

Duration: 1 day (10:30am - 4:30pm)

Reiki 1 course is an introduction into Reiki and this course is open to anyone, no previous experience or preparation is required. Once you have completed this level you will be able to use Reiki to heal yourself and loved ones. The focus during Reiki 1 is on opening the energy channels on a physical level, allowing the student to connect to the universal life force energy. During the attunement process the energy blockages are released, balancing and harmonizing the major energy centres known as chakras. The initiation opens the central energy channel leading from the crown of the head to the bottom of the spine. It connects the student to the Universal Energy, allowing him to channel the energy whenever he wishes. After completing this course, the student is able to channel Reiki energy at the physical level both for himself and for others. This course takes one full day, it can also be combined with Reiki 2 for three consecutive days for deeper learning.

Reiki 1 training consists of:

• Learning about what Reiki is, what Reiki isn’t and what it can be used for
• Explanation of how energy healing works and what is healing
• Introduction to the energy anatomy (Chakras, Aura, Etheric Body)

Reiki II training - Practitioner level of Reiki

Duration: 2 days (10:30am - 4:30pm)

Reiki 2 is the second step on the journey of Reiki, where we focus on healing of others. This course is perfect for those who have enjoyed and benefited from Reiki 1 and wish to deepen their connection with Reiki as well as activate the advanced tools. The student receives another attunement and learns three sacred symbols – Power Symbol, Harmony Symbol and Connection Symbol. The Reiki symbols allow the practitioner to connect more deeply to the universal energy, as well as draw on the qualities that the symbols represent. This includes the ability to provide Reiki healing at a distance and deal with mental and emotional issues, sending healing energy to individuals wherever they may be. The symbols may also be used to clear energy blockages across time, as well as physical locations. We learn additional techniques for using Reiki in groups and various situations and we study professional conduct in more depth. Reiki 2 is the practitioner level and the student can start practicing Reiki as a profession after completing this course. This course takes two days and the student must have completed Reiki 1 prior to this. Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 can also be completed together and studied in three consecutive days.

Reiki III training - Master/Teacher level of Reiki

Reiki 3 is the Master Teacher level and it requires that the student has completed Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 previously. This training opens the student to the complete scope of Reiki, allowing them to channel the full amount of energy during their sessions. You will receive all the necessary information and training needed to become a successful teacher, however, this class is not only for those wishing to become teachers, but is for anyone wishing to have full access to the Reiki energy, wishing to move forward on their spiritual path or being able to attune family and friends. You will be given the Usui Master Symbol, which allows you to work on a spiritual level and helps to access your own inner truth, you will also receive additional Tibetan Master Symbols used in initiations. The Reiki Master has the ability to initiate others so that they can use the Reiki energy in their own journey of self-discovery and healing and you will learn how to give Reiki attunements and how to teach Reiki to others. Reiki 3 training involves recognizing that each person is the master of their own destiny, responsible for their own life. This knowledge can often help the student to find their true path in life and may require them to make changes in their life.
