Music is medicine and I invite you to join the journey to remember our true vibrational nature through creating sound in the present moment, here and now.
You will be introduced to the musical notes by practicing the ancient Sargam system from India, a language which helps you to understand and express any melody.
Rhythm is life!
From the heart to the car engine, everything has a rhythm. We will explore the basic beats that keep us moving and improve our health.
With the guitar we will integrate vocal exercises and learn simple songs which carry the medicine of the earth, animals, plants and their spiritual roots to remember our connection with all around us. Further you will learn basic techniques how to play melodies and accompany yourself to sing from your heart.
